CBI makes C&D processing simple and very profitable with the CBI Grindall. The CBI Grindall can handle the toughest of C&D waste stream better than any other grinder on the market today due to its tolerance to metal and aggregate. It can grind C&D down to a fine, uniform 3-inch product in one pass! The CBI Grindall is a vertically fed rotary hog with a 23,000-lb. solid steel rotor that shears the material from two directions through a patented offset helix design. Anvil and grates are protected by shear pins. A ballistic chute on top of the hog allows tramp metal to escape safely during full operation. Extremely heavy-duty components will ensure long life. The Grindall is powered by a 1050-1300HP 3412/C27/C32 CAT engine (optional electric drive), overband magnet, weighs 103,000-lbs and is available in both portable and stationary units.
