Stump Processing System
C&D Processing System
Waste Processing System
Our stationary systems are high production, rugged units with the lowest total operating cost of any wood processor in the world. The systems are designed for yard waste, stumps, construction debris, pallets, railroad ties, bark, etc.
This system is designed for users that generate or receive large continuous amounts of wood waste product. Material can be processed into fuel or high quality decorative mulch and raw C & D into landfill cover. Grading orsloping material.
The 46,000 lb. CBI Mulch King is a large hammermill with a 60" diameter x 72" long rotor. It is specifically designed to regrind presized wood to a fine uniform product with a throughput up to 400 cubic yards per hour. (1/2" minus product possible.)
In applications in which abrasive fines and/or contaminants must be removed prior to grinding in a CBI Magnum Force 4800 or Grindall, CBI offers a pre-screener and picking station.
This system was built to produce high-quality mulch at a very high throughput rate from clean construction wood and pre-ground land clearing debris.
CBI works with Waste Management to develop a state-of-the-art C&D processing facility.
When Waste Management's C&D recycling facility in Wilbraham MA needed to upgrade its site and processing capabilities, they called on CBI to provide the equipment and experience to help make the project a success. The result, a 40,000 square foot facility, all under roof, with a permitted capacity of 156,000 tpy, and a documented recycling rate of 95%.

This system consists of a primary shredder, primary and secondary screen, two picking lines with wood transfer conveyors, float tank, secondary hog, magnets and bi-directional conveyors to allow partial or full use of the system.
New England Recycling, Taunton MA
It was pretty simple for Gil Lopes of New England Recycling when it came time to upgrade his company's outdated C&D system in order to increase productivity and recycling rates. "We have always had CBI equipment, and we have always liked their products," says Lopes, who started buying from CBI back in 1994. "But just as important, we love the product support they give. CBI has always been very good at that."
